high- speed wireless Internet, sofa and computer desk. The master bedroom has a
queen size bed with a daybed in the den. The bedding and linens are supplied.

Apartment Three has access to laundry privileges on the lower level with a regular
size washer and dryer. Most guests prefer to use their mobile phone as a home
line, though long-term tenants may arrange service for a land line. This apartment
has a four piece bathroom. There is forced-air heat as well as air conditioning.
